How to Find the Serial Number and Model Number
1. SmartHome App (All Compatible Devices)
From the app’s home screen:
Tap on the device → Tap the gear icon in the upper right → Scroll down to Information.
The model and serial number will be listed there.
2. Smart Thermostat (Physical Device)
Gently remove the thermostat from its base. The serial number and model number are printed on the back of the faceplate.
3. Model ends with -B, -C, or is SYST0201CW
On the thermostat screen:
MENU → Down Arrow → SERVICE → MODEL/SERIAL NUMBERS → SYSTEM CONTROL
4. Model ends with -A, or is SYST0101CW
On the thermostat screen:
MENU → Down Arrow → SERVICE → MODEL/SERIAL NUMBERS → WALL CONTROL
